Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Surgical Products Sales

- We are looking out for Job Description of AM/ DM - Gurgaon for a leading medical device company

- Deliver Annual Sales Target (Pan India)

- Evaluate changes in the market place & enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan.

- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace

- Deliver a minimum annual Sales Target for Surgical products (Surgical Light, Surgical Tables & Pendants) from India

- Present / demonstrate / support demos of the product in front of customers.

- Set up sales / channel network with sufficient coverage over the region

- Support and work together with the Regional Sales Team for projects

- At least 8-10 years of experience with at least 3-5 years of handling surgical products (Surgical Light, Surgical Tables & Pendants)

- Good written and spoken English

- Familiar with computer and office software

- Great leadership, communication skills

- Good information collecting and analyzing ability

- Self-motivated

- Comfortable with frequent traveling

- Adaptable to cross culture environment
