Brief Description about the role:
Act as an HR process specialist and provide guidance to the HR members on processes related to Compensation & Benefits with a good level of data analytics on effectiveness measure; Act as an internal auditor for HR processes and improvements on a process towards achieving process excellence.
Role requirements:
- Graduate/PostGraduate with 6+ years of experience in HR function
- Strong data analytics and logical skills
- Experience on handling Payroll would be a definite plus
- Excellent skills on communication and reporting tools
- Looking for candidates from Non-IT background strictly
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Oversee error free, on time payroll processing, payout of bonuses, ex-gratia while ensuring with proper statutory compliance; Ensure speedy resolution of employee issues regarding payroll, bonuses etc.
- Support in compensation & benefit structures to address the needs of employees after adequate research of compensation benchmarking data from market
- Oversee benefit administration for employees; identify the best practices in the market on employee benefit and work towards implementation
- Manage and execution of various employee reward schemes, employee incentives etc.
- Analyze employee performance data and coordinate with employees toward enhancing their performance.
- Review the data related to every HR process and arrive at the meaningful insights towards improving process effectiveness.
- Create & execute HR Analytics framework
- SPOC for the Internal as well as Statutory audit requirements from HR. Coordinate with various HR stakeholder for the audit requirements and ensure - 0- Non-Compliance
- Coordinate with Auditors and internal HR process owners on Audit observation towards closure and process control improvement
- Act as an internal auditor and look at the health check on process controls periodically
