Essential responsibilities and duties :
- Deputy Site HR is to implement Organization's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues.
Main missions of the role are:
- Support Site Manager in management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
- Manage grievance redressal with employee.
- Implement Organization HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Organization Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division based in Shanghai and India Head Office based in Pune.
The ideal candidate shall have/be :
Education : Engineering Graduate with Master's degree in Human Resource.
Nice to have : Hands on experience on Direct workforce
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function preferably in an industrial environment
Skills and competencies :
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
- International mind set including time mgmt and communication transparency
- Results orientation
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
