Role : Sales Planning & Scheduling
Responsibilities :
- Understand & analyze key business parameters (Sales, Margins, Time-band wise performance, Day-part wise performance) on a regular basis to gather business insights
- Make sales plan for the TV channels by allocating air-time across product categories and have a regular discussions with merchandising teams to keep up with their product/ sales plans
- Make an optimized programming plan for the TV channels as per sales potential of the available product line-up
- Participate in marketing calendar for the TV channels
- Coordinate with merchandising, programming, OAP, BO&E and internet team for timely execution of periodic sales events
Key skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
- Should be able to work independently and be able to take decisions in dynamic business environment
- Sales planning experience for any TV channel/ e-commerce/ retail company is ideal
- Understanding of broadcast business is preferred but not mandatory
