Position: Assist. Manager or Dy. Manager (depending upon candidate credentials) based in Mumbai office
Reporting to : Manager / Sr. Manager - Sales
Experience : 2-4 years in Auto Industry
Other requirements of experience / knowledge / skills :
- Should have exposure in Sales & Business Development to Domestic Auto customers (Tier 1s & OEMs)
- Good knowledge of Auto Industry and systems / requirements of domestic auto industry in general
- Should have hands on knowledge of handling Raw Material price increases / Decreases
- Hands on knowledge on basic quality systems & audits e.g. TS / ISO etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- To handle domestic key accounts & manage CRM
- Get timely monthly schedules from customers and coordinate with plant to deliver as per customer requirements
- Coordinate with CFT i.e. Engineering / Quality / Logistics to meet customer expectations
- Business development activities / market updates / competition analysis
- Payment collection
- Work out costing jointly with Engineering / Finance & submit quotes
- Co-ordination with transporters / logistics / customers and ensure supply chain and in-warding of material at customer's end as per schedules
- Forecasting / Preparation monthly sales plan
- Track impact of cost fluctuations (material price movements, other cost increases etc.) on our Sales price and take up with customers accordingly for price corrections
