We have an urgent opening for a Assistant Manager Research with Real Estate Company.

Location: Mumbai

Position : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

No.of years Experience : 2 years minimum with research verticals of IPCs or with data analytic groups.

Education Background : Masters in Economics/Statistics/Real Estate Finance/Planning (infrastructure) or allied courses

Job Description:

- The candidate shall be responsible for collation, analysis and presentation of real estate data which shall be used by various business lines for servicing the clients.

- The candidate shall also be responsible to structure, compose and release white papers/research reports on periodic basis for various real estate asset classes across micro-markets.

- The candidate shall also be responsible for the compilation of various news articles for the newsletter to be under circulation.

- The candidate in this position shall also help in database management, working along with the IT team to develop effective data interface and also enable online data collation.
