Title- Recruitment Operations Senior Specialist

Number of position - 2 (1 - Assistant Manager, 1- Deputy Manager)

Experience Required - Assistant Manager - 5-8 years, Deputy Manager - 8-10 years

Skills required -

- Extensive hands on Recruitment Operations or as a Recruitment Coordinator

- Extensive experience in Recruitment Operations/Talent Acquisition Coordinator (no end to end Recruitment experience please)

A Must - experience in Global Stakeholder Management/Interaction (with an MNC)

Experience in ATS - Taleo/Workday/Smart Recruiters

Strong written and oral communication skills

Shift Timings- Primarily - UK Hrs (13:30 to 22:00/14:30 to 23:00 during daylight saving hrs) & Flexible to work in General (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)/ US Shifts (6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.)
