Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Project HR

HR Business Partner/ SBU HR (Gurgaon) : Engineer + MBA - for a very large fast growing company into telecom infrastructure. MBA with engineering minimum 4 years of experience in HR partnering with an excellent track record for a very large organization. This position is based out of Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities - 

- Help draw HR strategy for the SBU

- Facilitate end to end HR for the SBU

- Advise SBU head and function heads on employee matters

- Work closely with the SBU head on hiring for the business

- Facilitate growth through key HR interventions

- Establish HR Processes in the SBU

- Manage HR budgets
