Looking to hire Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Project Finance for Large Business Conglomerate based in Mumbai. Must have good understanding of all regulatory aspects of financing and its implications for the organization, Understanding of legal documentation, Financial modelling skills. Experience - 6 Years - 8 Years. qualification - B.Tech & MBA/ CA/ CFA.

- ECA financing transactions :

a. Assessing potential for ECA financing based on import component

b. Establishment of Lines of credit

c. Meeting compliance requirements for ECA financing

- Relationship with international banks to facilitate ECB and other financing facilities

- Monitoring the trends in external commercial borrowings and structure suitable transactions

- Preparation of Proposals for ECB/ ECA financing

- Loan documentation

- Information Memorandum and other activities for International Bond transaction

- Foreign Currency Loan compliances: Monitoring of various covenants stipulations under the agreement, pre-empting non compliances if any and taking necessary corrective actions

a. Financial covenants monitoring

b. Covenant Certifications

c. End-use of loans

d. Information covenants

e. Periodic returns to agencies

- Digitalization initiatives for the department

- Ensuring that debt servicing requirements and accounting entries of all the facilities availed

- ODI remittances to the subsidiaries
