Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities :
Strategic :
- The annual manpower planning and budgeting
Operational - Policy Administration :
- Policy clarifications and communication to all employees
- To ensure compliance with statutory requirements like registrations, PF, ESIC etc.
- To interact with the Corporate office on matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments etc.
- To provide clarifications and inputs to employees on all HR policy related matters.
Compensation & Benefits :
- To ensure that the compensation administration at the circle is done in line with the compensation policy defined at corporate office.
- To ensure timely disbursement of compensation to all employees at the circle.
- To make salary offers to candidates in Band 4, 5 and 6 in line with corporate guidelines
- Advising payroll
Employee exit process :
Performance assessment system :
- Implementation of the Performance Management system at the circle in line with corporate guidelines and to ensure that it is carried out in an objective manner.
- To interact with the corporate office to schedule the appraisal for employees who report to positions in the corporate office.
- To execute the process within timelines
