Hiring for AM/DM-M&A for Automotive Industry for Noida Location

DESIGNATION - Asst Manager/Deputy Manager-Business Management Group

QUALIFICATION - MBA/CA

TOTAL & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 2-5 Years

JOB LOCATION - Noida

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Regular mapping and analysis of Auto/other industries of Interest, Competition, Economy to give inputs to management.

- Drive market scanning to identify potential investment /acquisition targets.

- Research and evaluation of identified targets including identification of value drives, business synergies and business valuation.

- Prepare reports on market studies, business case analysis for prospective new alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships etc as desired by the management.

- Support in commercial and financial due diligence, valuation etc of identified business opportunities to assess market and financial feasibility of the project for the company.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to evaluate/analyze the opportunities/ risks/value drivers.

- Work on the transaction structuring keeping in mind tax and regulatory efficiency in prospective.

- Project management of the entire transaction and provide support to the relevant business teams in integration post acquisition.

- Support in development of long term strategic business plans and work closely with consultants & internal departments of the organizations.
