Roles and Responsibilities:
- Brand Positioning: Manage and uphold the brand's positioning, vision, and mission in alignment with established brand guidelines.
- Communication Goals: Develop a thorough understanding of business objectives and translate them into communication goals to engage the target audience effectively.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to organize and execute campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Digital Presence Management: Oversee and manage the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels, working with relevant teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Campaign Performance: Measure and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize future efforts.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various media channels, both offline and digital, ensuring alignment with marketing communication plans to drive audience engagement and product demand.
- Collateral Management: Ensure that all brand collateral is updated regularly and remains aligned with current marketing strategies and brand standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in managing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and digital communication.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong coordination skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience managing digital platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and report on campaign performance, with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
- Campaign Management: Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to ensure timely updates of brand collateral and efficient campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
