Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Treasury - NBFC

Job Location - Mumbai (Looking for Mumbai based candidates only)

Role and Responsibilities:

A. Fund Raising / Liability Management

- Preparation of request letters, presentation, financial projections as required by banks.

- Meeting with banks / financial institutions for routine follow-up, queries solving, filling proposals, etc.

- Nurtured and developed extensive relationship with working level team and banks / financial institutions.

- Co-ordinating with bank appointed agencies and internal teams for stock and receivables audit.

- Other activities of Treasury/Finance Department.

B. MIS / Reporting :

- Preparing weekly / monthly Treasury MIS for consumption of senior management.

- Covenant compliance and providing required information to lenders before respective due dates.

- Compliance with statutory/regulatory guidelines.

Mandatory requirements :

- Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Experience in dealing with public sector as well as private sector banks / financial institution.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Working knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word and Power point presentation.

- Critical thinking ability with analytical bent of mind.

- Analytical and conceptual thinking.

- Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

- Ability to work independently.

Preference :

The incumbent worked in Corporate Finance / Treasury department of NBFC/ HFC / Large Corporates.
