Position Title : Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager- Human Resource
Location of the position : Sambhalpur Orrisa
Prescribed Experience Range : 3 to 5 Years
Qualification : MBA HR or Equivalent
Job Purpose :
The incumbent will be responsible for core HR function i.e. PMS/Training & Development/Compensation & Benefits/Talent Acquisition that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of a company.
Essential Job Functions:
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- To conduct performance management cycle and provide guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Designing of skill matrix framework and execution of assessment
- Managing rewards and recognition program.
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- To design and execute compensation and benefits policies for all our international locations which is competitive and complaint to the current laws and regulations
- To design and implement the reward policy attract and retain the best talent
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company productivity.
- Responsible to reduce attrition, Analyzes trends and metrics, provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
