Position-Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager (Depending upon experience)
Role Generic:
Must have worked in Captive or 3rd Party HR Outsourced operations. This includes activities like:
a. Knowledge of Employee life cycle events like Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data management (WFDA), absence management and various letters that HR issues to its employees
b. Must have worked on ERPs like PeopleSoft or SAP
c. Should have used CRM tools like Siebel or SAP or PeopleSoft. This is required for ticketing management
d. From "a" above, the person must be an expert on at least one of the processes, more than one is preferable.
e. Expertise implies detailed understanding of the workflow i.e., how the inputs are received, approvals to be validated, handoffs, downstream feeds and any regulatory/financial impact of the transactions being processed
