Qualification - Regular MBA from renowned B Schools (Must)

Industry - IT Services / Product / Technology Co.'s

Present CTC: 12-15 LPA

Job role/responsibilities:

- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

- Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees

- Maintaining a relationship with stakeholders/business leaders/employees. Handling employee grievances.

- Employee engagement Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

Candidate should be from IT organization, Mandatory.
