Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

- Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, including standard costing, product costing, and MIS preparation.

- Conduct cost audits and manage costs through effective costing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations based on cost data.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management.

Job Requirements:

- CMA Inter or CA Inter certification is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

- Proficient in using accounting software for reporting purposes.

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

- Experience in Costing function with 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Company.
