Key Responsibilities :
- Strengthen the procurement process for creating PO & GRN
- Conducting research to ascertain the best product / supplier in terms of price, quality & delivery schedule
- Maintain PO tracker, evaluating bids, making commercial comparison & making recommendations
- Vendor data analysis / MIS / Reports as required
- Negotiating and Finalizing contracts
- Understanding of reverse auction process
- Optimization of spend
- Identifying potential suppliers,
- Visiting existing/potential suppliers. Attending meetings and trade conferences
- Liaising between suppliers / manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
- Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
- Vendors rating and feedback.
