One of the leading manufacturing Japanese MNC is looking for dynamic result oriented professional with good hands on experience in the domain of implementation of Legal & IR with Government Liasioning, Employment compliance systems & controls.   The person should have experience in handling Labour unions and have experience in doing below activities.  LITIGATION:-  - Managing, providing support and giving briefs to various legal Sr. counsels in the region for smooth functioning of the legal matters of the company.   - Dealing with legal correspondence and assisting HR Deptt.& Accounts In compliance of labour laws check list.  - Drafting of legal documents, Preparing Plaints, WS, Replies, Counter and Rejoinder affidavits and to Get daily update of cases from officers down the line and to reduce legal burden on the company.   - Filing claims in Arbitration matters, filing of Civil suits i.e Injunction suits, Recovery matters, 138 NI Act, theft cases Specific Performance cases, Property matters, furnishing of Bank Guarantees, Indemnity Bonds, Deeds and Agreements, Drafting & vetting of legal docs related to property issues.   - Specific relief matters.  NON LITIGATION   - Restructuring/Drafting and reviewing/vetting Contract, leave & License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, lease deeds and other documents.   LABOUR MATTERS  - Conducting domestic and departmental enquiries in company labour matters, appearing before labour Dy.LC/Asst. LC in reference matters, Industrial Disputes Tribunal and labour courts in permanency regularization matters, Payment of wages, Contract labour Act., Minimum Wages, Payment of Gratuity Act Cases, BoCW for obtaining licenses for contract labour, conducting Domestic Enquiries etc.,  - Meeting DDF/ADF Factories for renewal of licenses, accident matters and filing of returns etc.
