1. Create, Deliver & Measure Long Term as well as Short term Learning Plan on the basis of Organization Review, Key Business plans, Macro Functional & Managerial Competency Gaps & feedback from Key Stake Holders in coordination with Business HR- s
2. Current & Future Training need identification through Performance Management System& Succession Planning.
3. Support in Talent and Leadership Development interventions that aids in execution of business strategies and enhance business performance.
4. Institutionalize Competency Framework & assessment of Learning Needs with support of Business Manager & HR BPs
5. Implement the overall Road map for L&D Plan / Strategy pan india based on Need Assessment, IDP/People Capability & Competency Matrix
6. Calendarize L&D Intervention to fulfil Business & Individual Needs with support of L&D Head
7. Collaborate with Internal Trainer as well as External L&D partners for Delivery of L&D programmes in line with the needs & Plans
8. Develop & Implement Strategies to monitor effectiveness of training
9. Conduct out bound team building activities as part of Team outing.
10. Budget adherence
PMS
1. Deployment & Implementation of PMS Process in the company as per company guidelines.
2. Follow up with VHRs to ensure timely completion of all PMS phases with adherence to Company guidelines
3. Support Talent Head & VP HR in Dashboard preparation for Management
4. Drive Promotion program along with Head of TM
Mobility (Local)
1. Implementation of Mobility Process across the Company
2. Identify employees eligible for Mobility in Company & Maintain Employee Data pool by collecting Data from HR BPs
3. Release Mobility Calendar for the year
4. Organize Career Committees &
facilitate Mobility Process across the Company
5. Track Mobility Status & communicate to all Business Heads, VHRs & COE
