The client is a global network of professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services, operating in 100+ countries

Role

The services are focused on the Finance Function and we work with clients in identifying and tackling their challenges in Growth, Governance and Performance. The advisory teams support businesses as they restructure and expand, whether organically or by acquisition

The Risk Consulting practice's key services are:

- Corporate governance advisory

- Compliance advisory

- Financial risk management

- Internal audit

- Forensics

- Quality assurance review

- Process review

Primary Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Ability to undertake the following types of engagement

- Risk-based internal audits;

- Process reviews;

- Cost improvement reviews;

- Compliance reviews;

- Corporate governance advisory;

- Enterprise risk management; and

- Quality assurance reviews

The Individual

Minimum qualifications:

- A professional qualification e.g.CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA

Experience Expected

4 years - 7 years- internal audit experience gained in a large audit and /or consulting firm, experience in big 4's is desirable

Industry sector experience:

- Investment banking, insurance, oil and gas, hotel and / or industrial

Personal Attributes:

- Ambitious, mature and business-minded with strong leadership and high ethical standards

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability and presentation skills

- Ability to manage right deadlines and prioritize tasks

- Ability to deliver training programs and undertake IT audits will be an advantage.

Language requirements:

- Ability to write reports independently with the highest standard of English.

- Ability to deliver presentations

- Producing organized and systematic plans to manage the service delivery

- Planning tasks effectively, for self and team, by assisting in the development of realistic client service plans, breaking them down into manageable tasks, setting milestones, identifying resources.
