- Management Payroll
- Managing employee lifecycle in SAP like - Hiring of New Joiners, Transfers, Resignations, Promotions etc.
- Responsible for compiling variable salary inputs every months for payroll processing such as Attendance, Leave, LOP Days, Arrear, Deduction, Advance, Joining Bonus, Revised Salary Breakup, Deferred bonus, Production Incentive etc.
- Processing annual payments like - LTA/Medical reimbursements etc.
- Final Overtime Hours sheet and Preparing overtime Salary of Employees as and when applicable.
- Verification of the draft salary registers along with Authorized person on monthly basis.Handling queries of employees related to Salary, Attendance, leaves, Deductions and Pay slip. Maintaining Audit friendly trail of the document
Time & Attendance
- Daily Time & Attendance report / data processing, Generation of daily attendance reports, exception reports generation and maintenance of the statutory forms like - Muster Roll, Leave Book, Leave Register etc, generate Monthly Attendance Data out of Online Attendance Software, Actuarial Valuation of Leave Data
Personnel & Establishment
- Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related records & documents
- To manage employee welfare service
