- Manage the recruitment process of both permanent and temporary staff.

- Managing PMS, Reward and Recognition, Compensations.

- Develop & integrate Regional HR strategies within the framework of Corporate HR strategies.

- Statutory Compliance.

- Documentation.

- Employee Engagement.

- Analyzing and devising strategies for controlling attrition.

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Full Time)
