This role is for someone who has or is currently working in Consulting Firms handing the learning & development projects for their clients.
Position reports to : Head-Talent Management & Organisational Development, Corporate HR
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D/Talent Management and OD
- Good at data analytics, able to interpret data and synthesize understanding from different sources of information
- Good at Project management and manage all project documentation
- Co-ordinate hi-pos assessment and development plans
- Advance proficiency with excel and PowerPoint
