Looking for candidate with 5- 10 years of experience in HR operations
- Will be full time working on HR Operations and Payroll Management/ Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits,/ Reporting & Analytics
- This person will be responsible to manage the payroll process of the entire organisation and for all geographies.
- Hands on experience in managing India and USA payroll will be a must.
- Expertise in Excel, VBA, other office applications will be required.
- Any other visualisation tools- knowledge will be added advantage
- Will be working closely on back-end operations work of Performance Management and Compensation related projects.
- Hands on with the reporting and analytic tools like Excel, VBA. Need somebody with very strong reporting and analytics background,
