Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HR Operations
Responsibilities:
- Looking for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to manage the entire onboarding operations & related activities.
- The incumbent will work with the onboarding team and ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for employee data management, payroll administration, benefits administration, HR policy development, compliance with employment laws, employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR system management.
- To ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, support organizational policies and procedures and contribute to the overall management of the workforce.
- Excellent Excel skills and very string HRIS management.
- Extremely strong communication and team management skills.
