Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HR Generalist - Manufacturing Industry

- Maintain all HR Related documents / personal files and end to end process for all employees life cycle.

- Managing the Payroll software/attendance/ salary of the employees on monthly basis.

- Provide monthly Salary slip to Employees.

- Documentation of reports with regards to PF, ESIC, Group Gratuity & Workman's Compensation etc (legal compliance).

- Processing the Appraisals of the employees annually.

- Employee engagement activities to be planned and executed.

- Ensures that database should updated; supports all tracking systems.
