Urgent requirement in one of the leading private sector telecom infrastructure company.
- Compliance HR Professional will be assisting in the following operations for HR Compliance & Employee Relations team in designated Business units
- Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Business Units, HR Ops.
- Drive Compliances in Service Business at a Pan India level for all offices and projects
- Liasioning with required statutory authorities or as directed
- Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
- Audit of PF and other vendors on Statutory Compliance
- Dealing with cases reported on employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down
- Should have handled Payroll Management or be aware of the same (Tax, PF, ESIC etc)
- Maintaining HR Audit at multiple locations and projects
- Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance.
Experience required- 4-6 Years (5 years in compliance is must)
Qualification- Graduate+ MBA
