The role is based out Chennai and is responsible for the following:
A. Talent Acquisition/Campus Hiring/Induction:
1. Responsible for new store hiring, management trainees (Campus recruits)
2. Support in the hiring of associate - maintenance roles
3. Evaluate and partner with graduate campuses for hiring processes (right from employer branding at campus to the offer letter)
4. Organization of Onboarding, Orientation and Induction
B. HR Business Partner:
1. Lead employee opinion surveys for respective regions
2. Responsible for qualitative analysis/ monthly report
3. Partner with Ops Consultant/ Managers on Quarterly Business Review from people priorities perspective
4. Lead the Performance Management system (performance and talent calibration) from Trainee manager
5. Drive the engagement calendar on a quarterly calendar and ensure execution of quarterly communication forums
C. Employee Relations & Compliances:
1. Have understanding of labor law related statutory requirement of the state, review of the compliance reports etc
2. Grievance Handling in cases of biased treatment by managers (termination, performance related, etc.)
An ideal candidate, should have 2-5 years of work experience in a HR Business partnering role (preferably in a Retail/Telecom/FMCG) and should have a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute. Only candidates with a location preference of Chennai and knowledge of Tamil/Malyalam should apply for this role.
