Job Purpose :

To provide support to Customer Insight partners in the Franchise aligned to products both newly launched and to be launched (late stage or in market). This includes Market Intelligence / Commercial analytics support to onshore partners to develop strategies for products in terms of market penetration, market growth, generic threat. Also supporting brand KPI development for performance analytics and forecasting these medicines.

Major Accountabilities :

- Support the brand strategy and business decisions through various insightful market intelligence analysis involving sales / volume / patient data analysis. This should help the onshore Partners to have superior understanding of evolving market dynamics and drive business decisions for about-to-launch brands and growth brands in market

- Effective usage of understanding of the all available internal (sales & volume data) and external data sources in providing a complete picture which can answer the critical business question in consideration

- Partner with other internal teams such as Sale Force Effectiveness team, Business Intelligences, Competitive Intelligence and Forecasting team to synthesize cross-functional analyses and work streams enabling to extract key Insights in evaluating the brand/portfolio/disease area commercial strategy leading to launch, competitive differentiation, to drive maximal asset/portfolio value.

- Understand the information/knowledge needs of the brand team and proactively drive analysis to deliver guidance, recommendations and insights to business/ brand decisions.

- Support Brand Insights Director in development/refinement of brand commercial valuations (forecasts) through the design and management of analysis plans and deliverables.

Key requirements :

- Graduate Degree in Pharma or Biotech with MBA

- Experience and understanding of market data (Sales/ Volume / Patient Data)

- Extensive experience leveraging IMS databases (NPA; MIDAS, MDDB)

- Solid understanding of analytical methods for market sizing, forecasting, market assessment, Performance management

- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture

- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork & collaboration skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exposure in various therapeutics indications of II and CVM, added advantage
