Job Description:

- Supervision & control on day to day accounting & finance activities.

- Cash Flow Management: Preparation of monthly cash flow plan, review & monitoring for optimum utilisation of funds.

- Preparation of Monthly DPL & presentation.

- Finalisation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, Notes to account as per Schedule III of Companies Act 2013.

- Dealing & Handling with Internal Auditors & IFC Auditors, Coordination with other departments for timely closure of audit queries raised by auditors.

- Tax Compliances: Responsible for all relevant tax regulations, like GST, TDS, Income tax, PF, ESI including preparing and filing tax returns & deposition of tax.

- Responsible for VAT Assessment as per Haryana state.

- Responsible for coordination with Statutory Auditors.

- Preparation of Budget.

- CAPEX monitoring.

- Stock Statement submission to Bank.

- Monitoring of accounts payable & accounts receivable.

- Preparation of Management Reports whenever required.
