Urgent Hiring with the Insurance & Brokerage based Industry for the Position of AM/DM(Finance & Accounts) for the Noida location

Designation : AM/DM

Location : Noida

Experience: 4Years+

Qualification: CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monthly MIS:

- Preparation of Monthly MIS at vertical wise

- Analysing expense and creating monthly provision for expense

Financial Statements:-

- Preparation of financial statements with complete notes to accounts

- Co-ordination with internal/Statutory Auditor to complete the same on defined timelines

- Preparing various schedule required by auditors

GST Compliance:

- Preparation of Filling of Monthly GSTR-1 & 3B along with reconciliation of books on monthly basis.

- Reconciliation of GSTR-2A /2B with Input register (Books of Accounts) on monthly basis

- Resolving GST queries of vendor/customer

- Preparation of reply to GST queries raised by department

Accounts Payable:

- Review and authorising the Vendor payment and Employee Reimbursement

- Resolving queries of Vendor and Employees

Internal Controls:

- Ensuring all compliances and governance

- Keeping controls on all financial transactions and books of accounts

- Preparation and adherence to SOPs
