Key Deliverable from the role :
- Lead, improvise and design the overall talent development and management strategy for people function teams aligned.
- Formulate the annual talent development & management strategy in consultation with different business leaders, stakeholders, HR and finance teams.
- Drive employee connect and engagement initiatives to gather floor feedback and employee requirements.
- Ensure proper budget spends by working out innovative and creative utilization methodologies.
- Devise effective talent inclusion and engagement strategy for new accounts/teams.
- Conducting focused program need identification for aligned teams and ensuring adequate program spread across businesses and locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions/training vendors for delivery effective learning/training interventions.
- Focused competency development programs and career road-maps for the aligned teams.
- Conceptualize, create and conduct new competency development programs basis identified business need:
- Conduct business demographic and competency study to identify critical business skills that are trainable and can be groomed internally
- Conduct cost benefit analysis for various hiring and training models to ensure profitability
- Manage, monitor and measure performance for all existing talent development programs running across designated business vertical
- Take accountability for training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain internal strategic relationships with key stakeholders, operations and external training teams
