Job Description :
Website:
- Monitoring website for achieving google core web vitals index for FCP, LCP, CLS and FID
- Ensuring website integration with shopify, recurrpay, razorpay, zoho and other widgets is intact and data is getting correctly tracked
- Making sure bounce rate of website is maintained
- Coordinating with the agency to make code level changes in the website as and when required
- Tracking user journey with help of analytical tool and recommend changes in case required
SEO:
- Staying abreast with all the google SEO updates
- Driving organic traffic of the website
- Ensuring brand is getting ranked for branded and non-branded keywords
- Coordinating with content creator to ensure that content is uploaded on time
- Monitoring backend activities of the agency (backing linking, bookmarking etc)
Performance media:
- Monitoring google adWords console and business manager to ensure agency is delivering campaign efficiently.
- Increasing revenue and customer count of friend's adult diaper website via performance media
- Scouting for media partners who can help us achieving revenue targets
- Weekly meetings with the agency to check the performance and recommend changes as per targets
Social media:
- Staying abreast with the latest social media trends
- Building & executing social media strategy with help of competitive research, platform capabilities and brand messaging
- Moderating all the social media pages/handles
- Driving engagement nos. for our social media handles
- Working with agency to create and calendar engaging content which strongly resonates with the brand
- Managing ORM by collaborating with the respective stakeholder.
Education Qualification required :
MBA with Marketing specialization
Experience :
- 4 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing
Key Skills and Attitude Required :
- The candidate needs to have strong acumen for driving social media presence across different platform with objective of improving engagement and increasing the social media Klout.
- S/he needs to have excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, Google search console, FB business manager, Instagram insights, DMP's, programmatic platforms and must have run campaigns with conversion (sale) and engagement as end objective.
- She should have handled SEO mandate with objective of driving KPI's like gaining keyword rankings and organic traffic. Candidate needs to have understanding of website development and maintenance modules with strong emphasis on UI, UX and core web vitals.
