Outbound - Service and Retention process
Key responsibilities
- Managing outbound process - service and retention
- Liaison with business and operations team to effectively manage the process.
- Listen to calls, impart trainings and updates to agents.
- Sharing VOC and ideas with Business / Ops team
- Periodic business mapping to understand and improvise on efficacy of the campaign and team.
