Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Corporate Strategy
- Delivering quality analysis to enable organizational strategy and successful realization of strategy by driving execution of strategic projects / corporate objectives.
- He / She should be good at skills like structured problem solving, data analysis & interpretation, critical thinking, communication (oral & written - with a penchant to present fact-based arguments irrespective of hierarchy), practicality (ability to execute projects and achieve results), relationship building & influencing, and teaming.
1. Research Projects : Structure, gather information, analyze, synthesize, generate conclusions / recommendations, write and publish reports / decks for key research projects for CXOs/Sr. Leadership
2. Strategic planning : Define functional goals / objectives in line with corporate objectives, break down into modular initiatives, set objectives and targets to monitor achievement of objectives by working with respective senior functional leaders
3. Special Projects : Anchor priority special projects owned by CXOs / Sr. Leadership and play an active project manager's role in driving execution to achieve targeted results
4. Investments : Scout, analyze, short-list, diligence and recommend investment opportunities (startups / mature companies); Where relevant, participate in transactions
Qualification / Experience profile :
1. MBA / equivalent degree from IIMs or other tier-1 institutions (OR) CAs who have qualified in the first attempt with rank
2. 2-3 years of experience in Management Consulting / Transaction Advisory / Corporate Strategy
