Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BPM Industry

Opportunity for AM/DM- Compensation & Benefits professionals to be based in Bangalore

A renowned client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider in the healthcare sector, is looking for an AM/DM for their Compensation & Benefits team, based in Bangalore.

Mandatory skills:

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources,

- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, would be an added advantage.

- Min 3-5 years of specialized experience in compensation planning, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.

- Candidates who have worked in India centric C&B preferred .

- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and experience working with compensation surveys and benefits providers is a key asset.

Role Details:

- Design and implement the company's compensation strategy to align with organizational goals.

- Develop salary structures and pay scales for different roles based on market research and benchmarking.

- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation by regularly reviewing pay scales.

- Design, manage, and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

- Evaluate existing benefit plans to ensure they meet employee needs while controlling costs for the company.

- Work with third-party vendors or service providers to offer competitive and cost-effective benefits packages.

- Conduct regular salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.

- Benchmark against industry standards to ensure compensation and benefits remain attractive to potential and current employees.

- Analyze data from surveys to recommend adjustments to compensation packages.
