Role & Responsibility :

- We are looking for a Compensation and benefits specialist to oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards and smart benefits.

- The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company's profile as best place to work.

- Performance & Rewards in the matters related to the portfolio

- Incumbent is expected to gain finesse on internal SAP, Success Factor modules and need to process data related to PMS, Compensation, Manpower Planning & Budgeting.

- Org Structure management, coordination with various verticals on matters related to governance of all related processes.

Key Skills :

- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist

- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

- Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys

- 5-6 Years of Post MBA (HR) experience, high-end data-handling skills on Excel (formula based linkage) is must.

- Deadline oriented data handling, Analytical Ability, Structured thought process, High degree of tenacity and persistence is required to be successful on the job.
