Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Claims - Insurance

A prestigious client of company, a dedicated shared services division in the insurance sector, is in search of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Claims professionals for roles located in Pune, requiring willingness to work in US shift timings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Must have at least 6+ years of Claims experience.

- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Excel.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks successfully while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualification:

- Strong understanding of Banking and services.

- Incorporates product knowledge into internal and external customer communications.

- Demonstrates knowledge of insurance and claims industry.

- Understands who to go to for additional information.

- Communicates in a timely and effective manner (verbally and written).

- Understands priorities and objectives to ensure all deadlines are met.
