Position - AM/Dy. Manager - Business Finance

Reporting to - BU FINANCE HEAD

Industry - Manufacturing (Steel/Cement)

Location - Mumbai

The key function of this role is to analyse financial information for the BU . Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making. Aid and assist the BU Finance Head in overall financial control of the BU.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and co-ordination of the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books for the BU.

2. Preparation of the financial reports of the BU ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financials.

3. Analysis of the BU financials to identify trends, opportunities, improvements and risks and provide comprehensive updates.

4. Find, co-ordinate and secure the right set of data for for all adhoc management reports and compile the same in a flexible and user friendly manner to facilitate analysis.

5. Support in leading the budgeting and forecasting process, price settings and and other financial information.

6. Monitor and Identify internal control areas for the BU and maintain safeguards

Maintain adhoc credit applications and check all delinquent receivables.

7. Be an active support to the BU Finance Head and senior management in HO and ensure sound co-ordination with plant controllers, zones, CPC, auditors and corporate finance team.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in a corporate set up in Business control and Financial Analysis

- Very Good analytical and conceptual and time management skills

- Detail-oriented and analytical
