Asst. / Dy. Manager - Business Finance

Qualification: CA/CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)

Purpose:

- The incumbent's main responsibility would be to support the Division growth by overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, developing strategic plans & implementation, risk management.

- He / She will also support the leadership management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Key Skills:

- Pricing -Detailed Price break-up analysis for orders and ensuring all costs like material, freight and conversion costs has been loaded with mark-up

- Formulating and submitting company ; Division Financials on monthly basis

- Constantly monitoring overheads and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the company Division to track performance with budget and establish measures to control overheads

- Examine capex proposals for the Division

- Inventory Management ; In co-ordination with Project Management Group (PMG), ensure economic ordering quantities. Physical count at regular intervals, coordination with stores/inventory team/production and Head Office for utilization / liquidation of slow moving & non-moving inventory

- Delivering presentation material for Reporting, Board Meetings, Feasibility studies etc. pertaining to the Division.

- Verification and ensure timely accounting of all customer invoices, DN & CN as per contract documents and management approvals and prepare Customer account reconciliations. Ensure timely collections as per credit / commercial terms.

- Verification and ensure timely accounting of various subcontracting bills, as per agreed rates.

- Regular review of all projects in the division ; Project profitability for running jobs, Estimated profitability for backlog jobs

- Any other ad hoc requirements from Division Head / Head Office Accounts
