Performance Management Pro:

- Support performance management initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support strategic decision making.

Tech-Savvy Analyst:

- Utilize Power BI to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards for KPI visualization.

- Leverage advanced Excel functions and formulas for data manipulation and analysis.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging data management and reporting tools and technologies.

- Effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across different departments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance) to understand data needs and deliver valuable insights.

Qualifications:

- Any bachelor's/masters degree (preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw meaningful insights from data.

- Experience in creating compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and/or advanced Excel.

- Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) used in the shipping and logistics industry (a plus).
