The Role:
The role involves providing leadership, direction and or support for change management programs, projects and initiatives to advance the strategic business and people goals of the organization. Set direction and/or define components of change strategy, drive communications of strategy and implementation and contribute to training and capability development
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder, generally GS Business Functions Leads, insights with their teams/projects leads to set direction for defining components of change strategy and coordination of change activities in line with the integrated workstreams
- Definition of the overall change journey, related governance and change adoption approach
- Partner with team leads and leadership to manage and track overall change journey, including business readiness across impacted audiences
- Use proven change methodology - Modern Change Framework - and experience in global programs, to implement a change management approach and program which may be jointly developed across initiatives
- Manage the facilitation of the user adoption
- Work with teams leads/leadership to manage and prepare additional stakeholders for behavioural change
- Create and drive the communications strategy and planning for internal and external activities by coordinating with the internal and external Marketing + Communications teams
Skills Required:
- Proven expertise in designing and developing communications and training solutions
- Proven expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Broad knowledge of company's processes, systems, and organizational structures
- Can demonstrate understanding of change management trends within the organisation.
- Ability to assess end user requirements and identify behavioural impacts to efficiently address change solutions
- Ability to work effectively with team members in a global, virtual environment
- Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff
- Strong project / program management skills
- First-hand experience working with Design thinking and FORM concepts is an advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting large, complex change programs
- Bachelor's degree:
- Minimum 6 years project / program management experience or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years change management experience or equivalent
Good to have:
- FORM Certification/Knowledge
- Design Thinking Certification/ Knowledge
- Change Management Certification, or
- Travel industry knowledge
- PMP or similar certifications
- Strong GS Cross Functional network: GS Change Management, Mobility, M+C, HR, Marketing, Creative, CIO, Environment Operations
