Job Overview:
Position: Assistant Manager- Customer Success in Corporate Banking
Primary Responsibility: Provide tailored working capital solutions to clients, utilizing a range of Fund and non-Fund based products.
Product Range: Includes Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, LC, and BG.
Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Banking teams to onboard new customers and cross-sell additional products like Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Understanding and Growth:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, trade activities, and cash flows.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, promoters) within targeted segments.
- Foster client trust and confidence.
Portfolio Management and Expansion:
- Focus on increasing the portfolio's book size and profitability.
- Manage and expand client accounts effectively.
- Market Presence and Service Excellence:
- Monitor competitive dynamics in the market.
- Enhance Kotak's market presence and penetration.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure high-caliber client service delivery.
- Drive continuous process improvement for enhanced efficiency.
Solution Development:
- Collaborate with operational units to customize solutions meeting client needs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in Corporate Banking, focusing on working capital products and financial solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in complex financial data and business models.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
