CORE ROLE
- Responsible for the conversion of ENQUIRIES/REGISTRATIONS into PAYING CUSTOMERS
- Has topline responsibility for delivery of CUSTOMER REVENUE for the Company
- Will gain a complete understanding of the company SERVICE and will EXPLAIN the same to potential clients to CONVERT them to PAYING customers
REVENUE & ADMINISTRATION
- Achieves targeted customer revenue
- First interaction with potential customer
- Will sell HNI customers personally
- Ensures successful completion & delivery of customer services for all customers
- Responsible for enquiry & complaint handling
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Marketing Team to maximise customer acquisition
- Brand Team for input and material from brands, appointments with brands, feedback and complaints regarding brands
- Finance Team to ensure customer paperwork compliance & schedule
- Technology Team for updation & maintainence of selling tools

- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Delhi/Bombay based
Salary range: 8 - 9 LPA
