The incumbent of this role will be responsible to develop and execute customer marketing initiatives and strategies and effectively improve the profit
Responsibilities include:
- To act as an effective link between sales and marketing by ensuring that the required information is readily available to each other and exchanged in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Liaise with Brand Marketing and Field Sales to gather feedback on local activations and support the National Customer Marketing Manager in decision making
- Ensure the sales team have the required tools to implement the agreed activation plan and adequately provided for by the central marketing.
- POSM kit development, installation and management including reordering frequently required items and phasing out/deleting inactive items.
- Execute activation calendar in association with National and Regional Marketing team
- Track and report feedback on local activations
- Manage 3rd party providers/local vendors across event management, POS warehousing and logistics
- Frequently review and manage regional A & P budget and suggest alternatives/solutions for optimization
- Conducting basic trade trainings on the key brands in alignment with central SOPs
