Assistant Manager - CRM Salesforce
- Act as the first line of support for CRM users by manging and resolving CRM incidents and support requests in the system.
- User management (roles, profiles, permissions), integration user account(s) management, maintaining the security model, record types, workflows, page layouts, reports & dashboards, data management (data hygiene import/export)
- Maintain and customize the Salesforce org using best practices. Full understanding of options, such as automation, record types vs. page layoutsSupport on new Salesforce Releases
- Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards based on end user needs.
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user
- Responsibility of User Training on Existing and New CRM modules.
- Project Documentation of Change Requests. And other CRM related duties as assigned.
