- Managing Handover of Multiple Projects.
- Coordinating between different project team- Engineering, PHE, Electrical for project completion
- Attending Customer visit at the site level, enabling Fit-out possession, Handover, Registration process
- Managing team of Snagging, De-snagging & Finishing job at the site level
- Reporting and analysis of project completion
- Attending various customer grievances, concerns related to handover and project completion
- Editing & making various handover related documents
- Collection supervision.
- Event Coordination like Customer meet, Bankers meet, Registration and handover related events.
- Dealing with vendor and billing related to Facility Management.
- Handling transition of the projects from builder to the Residents Association
- Handling Car parking allotment of multiple projects
- Working in CRM, ERP Salesforce.
Skill : Customer Handling, Good communication
JD :
- Person will be responsible for resolving Customer's queries, taking care the entire post sales process like raising Demand Letter/ Fit out / Hand Over/ Possessions works. ERP - Far Vision experience is must.
Qualification : Any Graduate; MBA Preferred
