Assistant Manager - Credit & Treasury Middle Office - BFSI

Age / Experience Around 25 years to 29 years for Asst. Manager

Experience : Total of about 4-6 years experience in Public Sector / Private Sector / Foreign Bank out of which more than 3 years of experience in having handled Credit and Treasury Middle Office and Loan Back Office functions.

Expertise/knowledge required :

- Preferably having good functional knowledge wrt Credit Risk Management / Credit Monitoring / Credit Execution.

- Preferably having worked in Corporate Credit - with knowledge of External Commercial Borrowings, Trade Credits, Syndication (Offshore loans), Export Finance etc. alongwith other normal credit related products like Overdrafts, Short Term, Middle Term and Long Term Loans, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Market Risk facilities.

- Knowledge on Forex Derivative Products, ALM, Risk Management and Regulatory matters will be added advantage.

- Should have knowledge of Prudential Norms for Credit, Security Margins, Pricing.

- Should be conversant with post sanction credit functions like - Issuance of sanction letters, preparation & vetting of legal documentation, compliance with covenants - terms, conditions, Collateral Management, Credit Limits, Provisioning, Audit responses,

- Preferably having hands on knowledge in preparation & validation of Credit MIS Reports - Regulatory, Compliance & Internal.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest RBI and other Statutory rules & regulations

- Preferably having knowledge of KYC and AML norms.

- To be able work in a fully computerized work environment with manual control of information wherever necessary.

Skills required :

- Expertise in MS Excel / Access / Word / PPT / Notes / Internet

- Good command over English language (oral & written communication)

- Understanding of customers- needs and customer service oriented approach

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good decision making abilities.

- Good Leadership qualities to organize and motivate a team.

- Good team player

- To adapt and learn the new Bank's way of functions quickly
