Assistant Manager - Credit Policy

Role Description: Managing the end to end Credit policy implementation through interaction with relevant Bank Partners.

Job Duties:

- Should have a basic understanding of credit policy of various loan/insurance products

- Should be able to implement & launch Credit Policies for various loan/insurance products on through coding.

- Should have good coding skills in (Java/Groovy)

- Should have understanding on Under writing

- Should monitor the behaviour of Policy parameters on a weekly basis & present the report within the team

- Should be able to monitor and come up with recommendations on increasing the offer rates/cibil pass rates on.

- Should be comfortable to work on analytics to monitor the Credit behaviour of all Products across.

- Should prepare credit reports on a fortnightly basis for various credit products Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Credit Policy

- Need to work closely with Operations, Integration and Reporting teams to work on closure of the Policy related items / Reports.

Qualifications/Criteria:

- 2 to 5 years experience in Banking.

- Should possess a strong analytical mind

- Good understanding of advanced excel functions.

- Knowledge on coding skills (JAVA/Groovy) & SQL will add further value.

- Excellent communication skills & should be a good team player
